These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Event Assistant ("Service") provided by Go Strive Ltd ("Go Strive", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

The Event Assistant is an AI-powered tool that provides information to event participants and supporters.
It is trained using information provided by the event organiser, such as event schedules, logistics, and FAQs.

The Service is delivered through branded event pages, embedded chat assistants, and organiser dashboards.

Your Responsibilities

If you are an event organiser:

  • You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for the Event Assistant to use.

  • You are responsible for reviewing and responding to unanswered participant questions logged by the Assistant.

  • You must ensure that any participant information you collect through the Assistant is handled securely and lawfully.

If you are a participant or supporter:

  • You should only submit information that is accurate and relevant to your query.

  • You should not use the Assistant to submit inappropriate, abusive, or irrelevant content.

Subscription Terms
  • The Service is offered on a monthly billing cycle with a 12-month minimum commitment.

  • Subscriptions include a set annual allowance of tokens, which are used when participants interact with the Assistant.

  • Tokens roll over month-to-month and expire if unused after 12 months.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, you are responsible for the amount of Service used during your commitment period.

  • If you cancel before the end of your 12-month term:

    • We calculate your token usage to date.

    • If you have used fewer tokens than paid for, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion.

    • If you have used more tokens than covered by your payments so far, you will be charged for the difference before cancellation is finalised.

  • All tokens and access to the Service are forfeited upon cancellation.

Accuracy of Information
  • The Assistant only provides answers based on the information provided by the event organiser.

  • Go Strive Ltd is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information supplied by Event Assistant.

  • Where the Assistant cannot answer a participant’s question, it will log the question for organiser follow-up.

Service Availability
  • We aim to provide continuous access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

  • We may suspend or limit the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or emergencies, without prior notice where necessary.

Intellectual Property
  • All rights to the Event Assistant technology, branding, and platform belong to Go Strive Ltd.

  • Organisers retain ownership of the content they upload (e.g., race guides, maps, FAQs).

Limitation of Liability
  • Go Strive Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.

  • Our maximum liability under these Terms is limited to the total amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to any claim.

Changes to the Service or Terms
  • We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time to improve functionality or comply with regulations.

  • Continued use of the Service after changes have been communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by English law.

  • Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
